Cathartic Collaborations is a neurodivergent-led practice offering supervision, training, and thought leadership for practitioners, organisations, and communities committed to doing things differently. Whether you’re a social worker, allied health professional, educator, supervisor, researcher, or a neurodivergent practitioner forging your own way, you’re welcome here. This space is for those doing the slow, courageous work of unmasking, reimagining, and remembering what care can be: beyond compliance, beyond burnout, and beyond the limits of pathologising systems.

My work is grounded in lived experience, clinical insight, current research and systems-aware practice. It emerges from years of navigating the friction between who we are and what the world expects and choosing to build something truer. Every offering is shaped by a commitment to neuroaffirming, trauma-informed values, and a belief that sustainable change must move at the speed of trust.

I collaborate with individuals, teams, organisations and systems who are ready to move beyond scripts and checkbox training: toward deeper integration, co-regulation, and liberatory frameworks. From reflective supervision and mentoring, to professional development workshops, to speaking and facilitation, each engagement is an invitation to reconnect with your ethics, your nervous system, and your own internal knowing.

This isn’t a space for fixing, it’s a space for unfurling. For building practices that honour capacity. For disrupting what no longer serves. For creating ripples that extend beyond the room.
