About
Many neurodivergent professionals know what it is like to keep going while feeling quietly disconnected from what matters.
To keep functioning.
To keep producing.
To keep meeting expectations.
All while something inside feels flat, scattered, or distant from the deeper questions of purpose, creativity, contribution, and meaning.
The Star: Purpose Without Self-Erasure is a live online webinar for neurodivergent professionals who are tired of surviving without enough space for meaning, creativity, or joy — and who are ready to explore impact in a way that honours capacity, values, and nervous system sustainability.
In this reflective and practical session, I’ll guide you through the Star as a neuroaffirming framework for meaning, purpose, creativity, and systemic impact. Together, we’ll explore what it means to orient by a star rather than a goal. A goal often tells us what to achieve, usually in ways shaped by external systems, productivity metrics, career ladders, or narrow ideas of success. A star offers something different. It helps us orient through complexity, burnout, rebuilding, uncertainty, and changing capacity.
This is not a webinar about setting bigger goals or turning purpose into another productivity project.
It is an invitation to step back from pressure, usefulness, and self-erasure, and begin asking a different question:
What would it feel like to create impact from meaning, rather than from survival?
What We’ll Explore Together
In this webinar, we’ll explore:
Why a star, not a goal
A gentler and more adaptive way of thinking about purpose, direction, and impact, especially when capacity shifts and linear progress is not realistic.
Meaning as orientation
How meaning, purpose, creativity, and future visioning can help bring coherence to your values, identity, and work — particularly in seasons of burnout, transition, or rebuilding.
Resisting productivity logic
How to separate your worth from output, usefulness, visibility, or externally defined success, and begin reclaiming contribution on your own terms.
Creativity as regulation and resistance
How creative thinking, imagination, storytelling, synthesis, and divergent ways of knowing can support nervous system coherence, not just professional contribution.
Justice sensitivity and sustainable impact
How ethical intensity, lived experience, and systems awareness can become sources of leadership and change when held with boundaries, pacing, and care.
Locating Your Star
A short reflective practice to help you reconnect with what feels meaningful, alive, or worth orienting toward in this season — without needing a full plan before you begin.
What You’ll Leave With
You’ll leave with:
A practical orientation tool for reconnecting with meaning, creativity, and vision
Language shifts that move away from productivity-driven success and toward intrinsic worth
A reflective practice to help you notice what still feels alive, meaningful, or worth moving toward
Greater clarity around the kind of impact you want to create, and what conditions might help that impact feel sustainable
A more compassionate way to explore purpose without urgency, martyrdom, or self-erasure
A neuroaffirming framework for understanding creativity, justice sensitivity, and lived experience as meaningful sources of contribution
