Return Policy

At Cathartic Collaborations, we aim to offer digital products, resources, programs and learning spaces with clarity, care and respect.

 

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or limits any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

 
Digital Products and Printables

 

Our digital products and printables are delivered as downloadable files. No physical product will be shipped.

 

Because digital products cannot be returned in the same way as physical products, we do not generally offer refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind once a file has been purchased, accessed or downloaded.

 

By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge that:

  • you are purchasing a digital file only

  • no physical product will be provided

  • the file is for personal use only, unless otherwise stated

  • the file must not be shared, resold, reproduced, redistributed or uploaded elsewhere

  • PDF files are designed for use with standard devices, PDF readers and printing software

 

If you experience an issue accessing or downloading please contact us so we can assist you.

 

If a file is faulty or cannot be accessed due to an issue on our end, we will work with you to resolve the issue and provide an appropriate remedy where required.

 
Programs, Courses, Webinars and Group Learning Spaces

 

Cathartic Collaborations offers online programs, courses, webinars and group learning offerings, including the Ripple Framework of Neurodivergent Flourishing: Supervision Program.

 

Unless otherwise stated on the relevant program or event page, we do not generally offer refunds for change of mind once enrolment has been confirmed and access to materials, community spaces, recordings, live sessions or program content has been provided.

 

This includes:

  • change of mind

  • non-attendance

  • removal due to serious or repeated breach of Community Guidelines, participation agreements or safety expectations

 

If Cathartic Collaborations cancels or reschedules a paid event, you will be offered a reasonable alternative where available. This may include attending the rescheduled event, transferring to another offering or receiving a refund if a suitable alternative is not available.
