Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to Cathartic Collaborations’ digital products, resources, events, webinars, courses, workshops, professional development and other non-clinical learning offerings.
These Terms do not apply to 1:1 therapy, 1:1 supervision, or the Ripple Framework of Neurodivergent Flourishing: Supervision Program. These offerings have their own separate agreements, terms and policies.
By purchasing, registering for, enrolling in, accessing or using one of our products or offerings, you agree to these Terms.
1. Nature of Our Products and Offerings
Cathartic Collaborations provides digital products, educational resources, reflective tools, professional development offerings and learning experiences.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, our products and offerings are provided for education, reflection and professional development.
They are not a substitute for therapy, clinical care, crisis support, individual supervision, legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, workplace advice or HR advice.
You are responsible for deciding how you engage with and apply any information, tools, examples, prompts, strategies or reflections provided.
2. Access, Registration and Digital Products
Access to an offering depends on the product, ticket, enrolment, registration or purchase option selected.
Some products are digital files or online resources. No physical product will be shipped unless clearly stated.
You are responsible for reading the product, event, course or registration details before purchasing, and for providing accurate contact information so access details, reminders, resources, replay links or materials can be sent to you.
Access links, login details, recordings, downloads, resources and materials are for the registered purchaser or participant only and must not be shared with others unless written permission has been provided.
3. Live Events, Replays and Group Spaces
Some offerings may be delivered live, recorded, made available as a replay, or provided as self-paced content.
Replay availability, access periods, inclusions and expiry dates will be listed on the relevant sales page, registration page, product page or participant communication.
Where a live event is recorded, Cathartic Collaborations may record the teaching or presentation components for replay, educational, accessibility or program access purposes.
Some offerings may include interaction, discussion, chat, breakout rooms, reflective prompts, group spaces or community spaces. Participation is optional.
Participants must not record live sessions, take screenshots of participants, copy chat discussions, or share participant contributions without explicit permission.
You agree to engage respectfully and to avoid discriminatory, dehumanising, pathologising, harassing or unsafe behaviour.
Cathartic Collaborations may pause, redirect, limit, remove or close participation where needed to support the safety, accessibility and integrity of the space.
4. Confidentiality and Professional Examples
You agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of other participants.
Please do not share another participant’s name, identifying details, personal story, professional reflection, comments, images, voice, workplace details, lived experience disclosures, chat contributions, community posts or screenshots outside the offering without explicit consent.
If discussing professional examples, you are responsible for de-identifying clients, colleagues, workplaces, organisations and any other identifying details.
Confidentiality is expected, but cannot be absolutely guaranteed in group, webinar, chat or online spaces.
5. Intellectual Property and Permitted Use
All materials provided by Cathartic Collaborations remain the intellectual property of Cathartic Collaborations unless otherwise stated.
This may include videos, slides, recordings, worksheets, handouts, guides, templates, written content, artwork, diagrams, frameworks, prompts, reflective tools, digital files, course materials and webinar materials.
Your purchase gives you a single, non-transferable licence to access and use the product or material for your own personal, reflective or professional learning purposes, unless a different licence is clearly stated.
You must not, without written permission:
-
copy, share or redistribute materials
-
share purchased files, links, downloads or login details
-
resell materials
-
upload materials publicly
-
alter, rebrand or claim materials as your own
-
reproduce materials in paid products, resources or services
-
teach Cathartic Collaborations’ materials as your own
-
use materials in group programs, courses, workshops, trainings, supervision resources or commercial offerings
-
create a competing product, program, resource or training based substantially on the materials
You are welcome to apply your learning in your own life, reflective practice, professional practice or workplace context. Please do not reproduce, repackage, redistribute or present Cathartic Collaborations’ intellectual property as your own.
6. Fees and Payment
Fees are listed at the time of purchase, booking, registration or enrolment. All prices are in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payment is required at the time of purchase, booking, registration or enrolment unless another arrangement has been agreed in writing.
Your purchase, booking, registration or enrolment is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
7. Technical Issues
Cathartic Collaborations takes reasonable steps to provide access to digital products, online events, webinars, recordings, replays and materials.
If you experience technical issues, please contact us as soon as possible so we can attempt to assist.
Cathartic Collaborations is not responsible for technical issues outside our reasonable control, including issues with your device, internet connection, email settings, software, printer, browser, spam filters, or third-party platforms.
8. Accessibility
Cathartic Collaborations aims to support accessibility where possible.
Participants are encouraged to communicate relevant access needs or participation preferences before an event, program, course or live offering where possible.
Access requests will be considered with care and respect, though not every access need can be accommodated in every context.
9. No Guaranteed Outcomes and External Support
Cathartic Collaborations’ products and offerings are designed to support education, reflection, professional development and learning.
We do not guarantee specific personal, professional, clinical, business, workplace or financial outcomes.
Any tools, examples, scripts, prompts, strategies or frameworks are provided as invitations for reflection and learning, not as instructions or guarantees.
Cathartic Collaborations’ general products, resources, events, webinars, courses and workshops are not crisis support services.
Facilitators and participants are not expected to provide crisis support, urgent mental health support, legal advice, workplace advice or immediate responses through these offerings.
If you need urgent support, please contact appropriate external supports, crisis services, emergency services or relevant professional advisers.
10. Changes and Contact
Cathartic Collaborations may update, change, suspend or discontinue products, offerings, dates, inclusions, access methods or terms where needed.
If a material change affects your purchase or registration, we will take reasonable steps to communicate this to you.
The most current version of these Terms will be available on our website or through relevant participant communications.
