-
a space for uncontained personal crisis processing
-
legal advice
-
workplace or HR advice
Participation does not create an individual supervision arrangement unless you have a separate individual supervision agreement with Cathartic Collaborations.
You are responsible for seeking appropriate external support if you need support beyond what this program can provide.
3. Participation
Participation is flexible and optional.
You are not required to share personal stories, lived experience, professional struggles, or emotional material in order to participate.
You agree to engage at a pace that honours your capacity and to use your own judgement when applying program material to your life, work, relationships, or professional context.
4. Confidentiality, Privacy, and Consent
You agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of other participants.
Please do not share another participant’s name, identifying details, personal story, professional reflection, comments, images, voice, workplace details, lived experience disclosures, community posts, or screenshots outside the program without explicit consent.
If discussing professional examples, please de-identify clients, colleagues, workplaces, organisations, and any other identifying details.

This includes videos, slides, worksheets, tools, handouts, frameworks, prompts, recordings, diagrams, written content, templates and community prompts.
