About

Many neurodivergent professionals have been taught to function like machines.

Keep going.

Keep coping.

Keep producing.

Keep holding it all together, no matter what is happening internally or around them.

But human beings are not machines.

We are living systems — shaped by cycles, context, capacity, sensory needs, emotional load, rest, and recovery.

The Tree: Regulation & Sustainability is a live online webinar for neurodivergent professionals who are tired of pushing through exhaustion and ready to build sustainability through rhythm, not burnout.

In this reflective and practical session, I’ll guide you through the Tree as a neuroaffirming framework for understanding regulation, nervous system sustainability, burnout prevention, and capacity-aware practice. Together, we will explore what it means to support your roots, notice early signs of strain, and create steadier rhythms that honour your body instead of overriding it.

This is not a webinar about becoming more efficient at overextending yourself.

It is not about squeezing more productivity out of an already depleted nervous system.

It is an invitation to step back from burnout culture and begin asking a different question:

What would it feel like to support yourself like a living system, not a machine?

What We’ll Explore Together

In this webinar, we’ll explore:

  • Why a tree, not a machine

A more compassionate way to understand regulation, capacity, and sustainability through natural cycles rather than constant output.

  • Regulation as rhythm, not constant calm

How nervous systems move through activation, rest, recovery, stretching, shedding, and return — and why this matters for neurodivergent professionals.

  • Burnout culture and chronic overextension

How professional systems often normalise depletion, reward pushing through, and teach us to ignore the early signals that something needs care.

  • Supporting your root system

Practical ways to think about sensory supports, rhythms of rest, energy boundaries, pacing, interoceptive awareness, and micro-regulation.

  • Small practices for sustainability

Including the 5-Minute Tree Check, reflective body-based noticing, and recognising the difference between thriving, stretching, and strain.

What You’ll Leave With

You’ll leave with:

  • A practical framework for understanding regulation and sustainability through a neuroaffirming lens

  • Language shifts that move away from self-blame and toward support

  • A simple reflective practice to help you notice what you are nourishing, stretching, shedding, and restoring

  • Greater clarity around what helps your nervous system feel more rooted and supported

  • A more compassionate way to identify burnout signals, sensory strain, and capacity limits before collapse

  • Practical ideas you can use for yourself and/or with clients, supervisees, or teams

Is This Webinar for You?

This webinar is for neurodivergent professionals who:

  • Feel tired of pushing through exhaustion or burnout

  • Keep going long after their body is asking them to stop

  • Struggle to rest without guilt

  • Feel stretched by sensory, emotional, relational, or cognitive load

  • Want a more compassionate understanding of regulation and capacity

  • Are seeking sustainable strategies that do not require self-erasure

  • Want to build a steadier relationship with their nervous system, work, and energy

This may be especially resonant if you are navigating professional life while trying to honour your body, protect your capacity, and practise in ways that feel sustainable rather than extractive.

Want to Go Deeper?

This webinar offers a gentle entry point into the themes explored more deeply inside the Ripple Framework of Neurodivergent Flourishing Supervision Program.

The full Ripple Program is a professional development and wellbeing journey for neurodivergent professionals who want to move from self-doubt, burnout, and over-adaptation toward identity affirmation, sustainable energy, authentic relationships, systems change, and purposeful impact.

In Module 2: The Tree – Regulation & Sustainability, we go deeper into:

  • Burnout culture and productivity coercion

  • Interoception and early signs of strain

  • Sensory, emotional, and executive functioning needs

  • Building a personalised regulation toolkit

  • Reclaiming rest without guilt

  • Energy cycle mapping

  • Rooted boundaries and sustainability scripts

  • Regulation and sustainability check-ins

  • Creating rhythms that support long-term practice

This webinar gives you a taste of the Tree.

The Ripple Program gives you the time, tools, reflection, and community to keep tending your roots.
