At Cathartic Collaborations we love working with Autistic folks, ADHDers, LGBTQIA+ folks (children, adolescents and adults) and their families. We will work with you in a neurodivergent affirming way to understand and embrace Autism and/or ADHD and find strategies and accommodations to support your mental health and wellbeing. We will work with you to build your resilience through learning healthy ways to cope with your emotions and stress and by building your confidence socially.

If you don't feel comfortable in traditional talk therapy that's totally okay! Our approach to therapy is practical and interactive. At times it can be fun! We like to use games and activities during sessions when appropriate. We understand that people learn and communicate in different ways so we use a lot of visuals and sometimes we'll give you some resources to take home with you. We have a range of fidgets to meet your sensory needs during sessions. We are happy to be flexible with any accommodations you need.
