Professional Supervision Services are provided by Cathartic Collaborations Founder Caitlin.
I will support you to grow into the professional you want to be, take charge of your career direction and work towards your professional goals. As a supervisor I want to create a safe space where you can share your fears, doubts, uncertainties and worries. I have an individualised and holistic approach to supervision.
I am a Neurodivergent Affirming Supervisor and I have a particular interest in working with Social Workers and Human Services Workers who work in a neurodivergent affirming way or wish to grow their neurodivergent affirming practice. I can support you to adjust your approach to be more neurodivergent affirming, and if you are neurodivergent yourself, integrate your lived experience into your work and ensure you are also attending to your neurodivergent needs so you are your best self for your clients.
I am able to support Social Workers who are working towards becoming an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (AMHSW). I can support you to identify if you met the criteria and any gaps in knowledge, skills, training and experience to support you to be prepared to undergo the application process.
