Therapy

Hello! I'm Caitlin, and I offer therapeutic support that is neurodivergent-affirming, trauma-informed, and collaborative. I specialise in working with Autistic, ADHD, gifted, twice- and multi-exceptional individuals, as well as LGBTQIA+ folks. I don’t view neurodivergence as something to be fixed - rather, I see it as a valid and valuable way of being. In our work together, we’ll explore what supports your mental health and emotional wellbeing, co-create meaningful strategies, and help you feel more connected to yourself and the world around you.

Accessible, Engaging & Flexible

I know that traditional talk therapy doesn’t work for everyone - and it doesn’t have to. My sessions are interactive, practical, and tailored to your needs. Depending on your preferences, therapy might involve conversation, visuals, regulation exercises, fidgets, games, somatic tools, or movement. I incorporate sensory-friendly tools and flexible communication strategies, and I always welcome stimming, pacing, silence, or whatever supports you to feel safe. I'm committed to meeting you exactly where you are - adapting the space and process to your communication style, processing preferences, and energy levels. Therapy can be playful, gentle, challenging, or grounding - sometimes all at once.

A Space For Growth

Life can be complex, messy, and overwhelming - especially when you’re navigating systems that weren’t built with your needs in mind. I aim to create a space where you don’t have to mask. You can bring your fears, doubts, joys, and dreams - all of you is welcome here. My goal is to build a therapeutic relationship that feels safe, affirming, and truly useful - a space where you can make sense of your experiences, develop sustainable strategies, and move toward a life that feels more congruent, connected, and possible.
